From the bricks, sourced from a quarry in Wakefield, to the kitchens which are designed and manufactured in West Yorkshire, every detail is carefully considered, evaluated and chosen to offer our homeowners their perfect place to live.

For our St Swithins development, we’ve created a modern version of traditional red brick homes, each with a private garden area and with the whole site built around communal green spaces, offering a sense of community that Yorkshire is famous for.

Outside, welcoming paths of block paving, traditional metal gates, sash style windows and even the chrome doorbells have been chosen to create an elegant exterior.


Indoors, we’ve spent no less time and effort sourcing the finishing touches that will delight their owners. In the kitchen, you’ll find quality, built-in appliances form trusted manufacturers, plus a large range of kitchen styles with soft close drawers and lots of worktop designs so you can customise your own room.
Bathrooms and cloaks are by Porcelanosa and also come with a choice of tiles from this, well known supplier and there’s even a heated towel rail in every main bathroom.
And thinking of heating, we’ve given you complete control with dual heating zones and the ability to control it from your mobile phone, so you can adjust the temperature, where ever you happen to be.

Lighting is designed to provide the perfect balance: LED cool light in the kitchen or energy effect downlighting in the bathrooms, we’ve considered both the ambience and the energy bills throughout our homes. For those needing to ‘plug-in’ to technology, there are smart sockets in the lounge, BT broadband cabling, USB charging points and even the garages have car charging points.
