Work has begun on our St Swithins homes in Stanley, Wakefield! We will be keeping the blog updated with progress of the build, so keep your eyes peeled.

The concept for St Swithins was developed in association with local architects, Spawforths. Designed to offer an alternative to large scale housing developments, there will be a ‘village green’ concept to create a community feel amongst the houses, as well as rear parking courts to create car-free roadsides.

Within each of the eight house designs (with a mixture of two, three and four bedrooms) a comprehensive choice of finishes will be available, from the traditional to the contemporary, allowing buyers to create their own style.

Paying homage to our Yorkshire roots, the house types have been named after local bridges. We look forward to welcoming you to our show home – a Blakeborough – once it’s complete in spring.
