Bridge Homes have taken every care when preparing all information for this website, it is however intended as a general guide only. All images of development plans and layouts are drawn before work starts on site and from time to time it is necessary to change any and all designs, construction materials and features once work is under way. Depending on the development some house types may be offered with private parking spaces, or a single or double garage either attached or connected to the property alternate to any image shown. Homes may also be built handed as a mirror image (when compared to plans and images used as illustrations on the website and documentation). All images and photographs used show typical interiors and exteriors of previous developments and are for the purposes of creating an impression of our house designs and internal layouts.
Measurements and Floor Plans
All information is intended for illustration purposes only and may be subject to variation during the build process for reasons beyond our control. Any property shown may not include the features shown in the image or specification, and the floor plans are not to scale. We make every effort to make any dimensions as accurate as possible but they may vary by up to plus or minus 50mm ( 2” ) and should be used for guidance only. As such they should not be used for carpet sizing, appliance spaces or items of furniture spaces.
