Getting Started
You’ll chat with a financial advisor to see what you can afford. Then, you’ll start the process with us and choose your solicitor.
Making it Official
After you’re financially approved, you’ll reserve your home and start a 14-day cooling-off period. We’ll also give you some important documents to read.
The Legal Stuff
Our team gets notified about your reservation. Then, we and your solicitor will take care of the paperwork.
Your Home, Your Way
You’ll secure your mortgage and make final choices about your home specification. We’ll keep you updated on the building progress.
Almost There
We’ll check everything in your new home is just right. Then, you’ll visit to make sure you’re happy with everything.
Welcome Home
We’ll show you around your new home, hand over the keys, and then check in with you after a few days and again after a month to ensure everything is perfect.
