Almost half of properties sold at ThornesGate
Bridge Homes has unveiled its brand new collection of homes in Wakefield.
The property developer will exclusively build on the former Redcats site at Horbury Road.
The first phase of development at ThornesGate will see just seventeen properties available on the exclusive site, overlooking City of Wakefield Golf Course. Seven of these have already been sold off plan.
The development will include Bridge Homes’ signature village green, surrounded by a range of two, three and four bedroom homes in a variety of classic and contemporary designs.
Bridge Homes will transform a brown-field area into a dynamic community with beautiful, quality homes that cater for both traditional and contemporary tastes.
Lisa Lucas, Sales Manager said: “Our first development at St Swithins in Stanley was a phenomenal success and we’re expecting ThornesGate to be even more so. This is a bigger site, with a larger selection of properties, including our ground breaking Linea collection with some really exciting new design features. We’ve had great feedback from everyone who has viewed the homes and have already taken a number of reservations off plan. I’d encourage anyone planning to buy in 2017 to act fast; interest has been really high, even before we opened sales. We expect the first phase of homes to be ready to move into in Spring 2017.”
