If there’s one thing we know how to do well in Yorkshire, it’s a good old fashioned afternoon tea party.

On 18th January we did just that with residents of St Swithins Court near our Stanley development, to say thank you for bearing with us during the building phase.

Tucking into plenty of classic sandwiches, finished off with some delicious cupcakes, we enjoyed chatting about everything from the new houses to old family stories. We look forward to welcoming them as our special guests for more tea and cake once the show house has opened in spring.

A great afternoon was had by all – thank you to everybody at the home for being such gracious hosts.
